Studio in London, where Geoff was Chief Engineer.  Shortly after that acquisition, Geoff decided to strike out on his own and build his first mixer with Oriole Records backing. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eGeoff took his mixer and headed straight to Liverpool to record an iconic album set called, “This is Mersey Beat”, documenting the Liverpool music scene during a period in which The Beatles were still playing The Cavern Club.  Geoff set up shop in the Rialto Ballroom in Liverpool where he recorded a world famous album called, \"This is Mersey Beat.\"\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMersey Beat included Rory Storm, The Hurricanes, Faron's Flamingos, Ian and The\u003cbr\u003eZodiacs...it goes on.
